Sharir Richman holds the prestigious positions of Head Coach at MMA Jerusalem and is the leading figure at the ICCS Fighting Solutions, a global entity.

Born to an Israeli-American heritage, Sharir harbors a deep-rooted zeal for martial arts and imparting self-defense skills to others.

His credentials are impressive: certified by the esteemed Israeli Wingate Institute as a Krav Maga instructor, and he also holds a certification for close combat training from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). His coaching prowess extends to professional MMA athletes like Amos Levy, Eric Sianov, Asaf Edelkrick, Yosef Shmidt, Yigal Carmona, and Natan Amdaso, including Israeli grappling champions such as Amos Levy, Denis Levy, and Sendy Frankel.

Beyond his martial arts and combat skills, Richman is recognized by the IDF as a Combat Fitness Instructor and holds certifications as an Israeli National Police Krav Maga Instructor and Instructor for elite undercover IDF units. He plays a crucial role in training and preparing youth for their IDF service.

Throughout his 19-year tenure in the IDF, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC), Richman has demonstrated exemplary service. His experiences span from the Combat Engineering Corps/Recon Unit to an elite Counter Terrorism Unit, engaging in high-stakes missions across regions like Judea, Samaria, Gaza, and Northern Lebanon. His training encompasses a wide range of skills including demolitions, Close Quarters Battle (CQB), and advanced combat driving techniques. This military background has equipped him with unique insights into coordinating with various Israeli Security Agencies and undercover operations to thwart potential terrorist activities, including interventions against suicide bombers.

Over the last decade and a half, Sharir has shared his combat-tested Fighting Solutions strategies with elite groups such as the Israeli Prime Minister’s VIP protection detail, Special Forces, the Israeli Police, and other national security agencies. The U.S. Military Academy at West Point has recognized his expertise, inviting him to train future American military leaders in his ICCS Fighting Solutions techniques.
